Timberharp Instructions.

Switching On Your Timberharp

Your Timberharp is fitted with an on/off switch on the back.

Once you have switched your Timberharp on, you will need to wait 20-25 seconds for it to complete its setup.

You will hear a little "Boop!" when it is ready, and the light will come on.

Changing your music settings

On the back you will also find the three rotary controls that adjust Volume, Echo and Instrument.

Simply rotate these to make adjustments to your preference. There are 8 or 16 musical instruments to choose from, you will hear another "Boop!" as each instrument is selected.

Charging your Timberharp

On the back of your Timberharp you will find the USB port that recharges the battery pack.

Switch the Timberharp off and plug your USB cable (supplied with your Timberharp - or use a good quality replacement) into the USB socket mounted on the back.

The battery installed in your Timberharp is high quality and long-lasting, use a 2.1 - 2.4 Amp USB wall plug to recharge. It should take about 6 hours to fully charge from completely flat.

Looking after your battery

To maximize battery lifespan, charge when it reaches 25%.

Always fully charge before long-term storing.

Recharge your battery every three months if you are not using it.

Care for your Timberharp

If you notice your Timberharp looking a little dull, then use a good quality wax (for Timberharp Essential) or finishing oil (Timberharp Signature) to bring back the shine.

Wax - Timberharp Signature - Apply a thin coat of finishing wax with a soft dry cloth, rubbing well into the wood, along the grain and buff once dry (usually about 30 minutes, depending on climate) to your desired level of shine. Avoid applying wax to any openings or controls. Avoid using aerosol furniture polish. Always follow manufacturers guidelines.

Oil - Timberharp Essential - Wipe a small quantity of high quality finishing oil onto the wood surfaces only using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid applying oil to any openings or controls. Wait for oil to dry (usually approximately six hours) and buff with a soft cloth to desired shine. Always follow manufacturers guidelines.
